You can add polls into a page easily with the
<poll> tag. The polling feature is an extension that is enabled by default on all ShoutWiki-hosted wikis.
You are not entitled to view results of this poll.
The poll syntax is simple:
<poll> Poll question goes here Answer #1 Answer #2 ... Answer #n </poll>
Closing a poll
It is not possible to close a poll, so you need to either let it be on the page, remove it totally, or alter the poll question or options. Users can also alter their own vote at any chosen time. Because of this, it is not recommended to use polls for anything serious, such as administrator elections.
Votes are registered under the user's username or, if the user is anonymous, IP address.
Polls are identified in the database by the MD5 hash of everything between
</poll>, so changing anything, however minor (like adding or deleting a space or line break), results in a different poll.
